Lamb-Star Engineering

Founded in 2005 by John Lamb, PE (President) and Eric Starnater, PE (Vice President), Lamb-Star Engineering, LLC (Lamb-Star) is a Native American-owned, professional engineering services firm. After years of working together for a large engineering firm with a corporate “bottom-line” mentality, John and Eric decided that they wanted to step out and do something new. They wanted to create a company where people matter most. A company that encourages employees to grow personally and professionally and celebrates their successes with them.

They also wanted to create a company that genuinely cared about the communities where staff and clients live and work. We have grown by selectively hiring the right people in the right roles to provide full-service solutions to a variety of clients. The main focus has always been on how our actions and projects impact the world around us. Even as we have grown to a staff of more than 100 people and four offices in Texas and Colorado, our focus is still to participate in projects that improve our world.
